I am a chai addict. It’s nearly the only thing that I drink. Fat-free creamer (the kind in the dairy section, not the yukky dry stuff) is a great thing… Strong chai tea steeped forever + splenda + dash of raw sugar (to get rid of the icky splenda aftertaste) + tsp or so of the fat free creamer + handheld frother makes for a really good chai tea latte with almost no calories and no fat. Heat the tea in the microwave until it’s very hot beforehand, of course.

I’ll take this recipe with me when I go on vacation in Jan/Feb, as we will be staying with the friends who were lucky enough to get a brand spanking new ice cream maker that we had to give away (UK vs. US appliances! Gah!).
