		<description>paula--I believe they feed on planktons.  I&#039;m pretty sure something feeds on them; one or more of the whales, perhaps?  They are a pain for fishermen though, when then clog nets and pots.  Ah, turns out that some species are actually eaten by humans too:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jellyfish  They&#039;re also used in research, particularly using their bioluminescence.</description>

Snos--do take good care of him!  He might even enjoy a kayak trip out into that lovely water, and that would keep him safe from the jellies!</description>
