   lol.You can sit on the grass or benches (but not on the sidewalk). You can juggle or have a picnic. You can protest a war. You can wave at the real time plaza cam. You can go to the Farmers Market on Saturdays.
   I have a t-shirt that says “visit friendly Arcata for a liberal dose of democracy” Surrounding that logo it says “no dogs on the plaza”
   local joke. heh. I was in a hurry the day I took the pic or I would have added “no moose” to the sign.
